It is the goal of  The widow’s oil to extend and strengthen the Kingdom of God through practical help.  Through sowing into the lives of the community, we as the church are preparing a harvest of righteousness.

The widow’s oil is committed to assist one family at a time with their needs.  It is the hope of Widow’s Oil to work together to re-establish households that have experienced the loss of a spouse.

The widow’s Oil is joining together men and women with construction skills, business owners and church members with an interest in rolling up their sleeves.

The Widow’s Oil is a practical way of assisting families who have experienced the loss of a spouse and offering support for orphaned children. Within the first year after the death of a loved one, the basics of life can often become difficult.

It may include financial help, a home repair, employment assistance or meeting the basic needs of a family.   We rely on the Holy Spirit to bring the families who need our help to our attention.
